I thought this was a really squishy quilt when I first saw it, but it is in fact rows of Ikea pillows sewn together to create a billowy duvet, how cosy would this be, perfect for lazy Sundays in bed.....

That bed looks like a cloud of luxury! I would have never guessed that the duvet is just a bunch of pillows sewn together. So cool!
