They do say that spring is in its way very soon, and it will be time to put the wellies and winter coats away, freeing up some space in the hallway no doubt.  If you are looking for some inspiration to update your hallway for the spring how about this idea from IKEA Livet Hemma, creating a school hallway look using several coat hooks in a row. Those hooks have a certain nostalgic charm about them don't they, but mixing them with the clean angular lines of the benches keeps it from being too old fashioned.
